Installation
A rigid, safe and easy-to-use lining solution for renovations and new builds. Install with or without trims, direct to framing or to existing wall linings — butt joined and sealed.
Timber framing: studs at maximum 600mm centres for 1200-wide sheets and 450mm centres for 900-wide sheets. Ceiling battens require minimum 400mm spacing. Support surfaces must be straight, flush, and have moisture content below 18%.
Concrete and masonry: battens spaced at 600mm centres horizontally and vertically (adjusted for panel width). All timber requires damp-proof courses between concrete surfaces.
Apply continuous 5mm × 5mm adhesive beads to framing, clean surfaces with solvent cleaner beforehand, press sheets firmly with 10mm packers, and allow 24-hour cure time before proceeding with additional work.
