Commercial & trade
Hotels, commercial kitchens, high-use spaces. Built to take it.
Plenty of lightweight panel products are chasing the bathroom renovation market. High-use commercial spaces demand more: a solid, fire-rated, impact-resistant lining that keeps performing under daily punishment — and keeps wet trades off your programme.
Durability where it counts
A solid core, not a hollow profile.
Hydrapanel is a magnesium-oxide fireproof board faced in high-pressure laminate — a solid, rigid sheet that resists water, steam, abrasion and the cleaning chemicals commercial spaces throw at it daily.
It's independently fire tested, certified for NZ Building Code compliance, and backed by a 15-year warranty against delamination, rotting and cracking. That's the standard high-use spaces should be specifying to.

No wet trades. Time is money.
Take the tilers, plasterers and painters off the programme.
Hydrapanel installs with construction adhesive, direct to framing or over existing linings — no tile adhesive, no grouting, no plastering, no multi-coat painting, and no waiting between trades.
A typical bathroom can be lined in hours rather than the days a tile-and-plaster system takes. Panels cut with standard woodworking tools — no silica dust on site — and after the 24-hour adhesive cure, the wall is finished and ready to use.
Days saved on site, fewer trades to sequence, reduced labour cost, faster project timelines — and a lower total installed cost in many cases.
